MEET Group: Men, Exercise, Engage, Talk
MEET (Men, Exercise, Engage, Talk) is a social group for 18-35 year old men, which aims to support mental wellbeing. It gives men of this age group the opportunity to get active together, engage with garden activities and support one other in a relaxed, open space.
MEET takes place every two weeks on Sunday afternoons. The session will feature different activities, such as gardening and building projects, as well as a walk to Priory Country Park for fitness and exercise.
