Our Community Wellbeing Champions (CWC's) can provide personalised support to help you make positive changes to take control of your health and wellbeing.

Helping you make changes

CWC's can listen to your story and give you support to join local services such as exercise classes and social groups.

They can also work one-to-one to help you set health-related goals and support you to make sustainable changes.

This service is free of charge and is open to eligible patients in GP practices in Bedford Borough or Central Bedfordshire.

The team has been like the guide rails at the bowling, not doing it for me, not pushing me but just being there alongside to guide me.
