The difference in my Mum since she started seeing the Social Prescribing caseworker is simply amazing. She is a different person. Our relationship has improved as a result and she understands me better than ever before. I wish this had happened ages ago. It so nice to see her happy.

Social Prescribing

Our One to One Support service is often also referred to as Social Prescribing by doctors and other health related professionals.

Social Prescribing allows doctors or other medical staff to refer their patients to non-medical services.

These services are often run by charities like us, with the aim of helping people to take greater control of their own health and wellbeing.
