Wellbeing Walks
Getting active can be difficult but we're here to help.
With Wellbeing Walks you can take part in a free short walk nearby at pace that works for you.
Our health walks are regular walks which are free and open to all though aimed particularly at people who are presently doing little or no exercise.
They usually last from 60 to 90 minutes, though there are also some shorter ‘beginners’ walks.
"I can’t praise Walking 4 Health enough, it was important to my recovery. The involvement has helped so many of our members, after health problems, bereavement and loneliness. It’s fun and the social aspect is so important…walking keeps you healthy."
How to get involved
If you’d like to take part, all you have to do is come along to the start point of one of our walks a few minutes early, so that one of our trained walk leaders can take your details.
For more information about walks near you go to our Green Wellbeing Directory.
