What's On?

We have drop in sessions, wellbeing spaces and green wellbeing activities across Bedfordshire.

These are all free, and anyone is welcome to come along.

What we do

Your Wellbeing Bedfordshire provides information, advice and support to help you solve your own problems and build a good life as a member of the community.

How we help

One to One Support

Our Community Wellbeing Champions offer free support to help people make positive changes to improve their health and wellbeing.

Wellbeing Spaces

We are currently running a number of wellbeing spaces in Bedfordshire for people to come to enjoy a hot drink, some company, and support, if they need it. These spaces are FREE, and anyone is welcome to come along.

You Can Do IT!

We want to improve people's lives by getting them online and accessing services and systems that will improve their Health and Wellbeing.

Green Wellbeing

Being outside can support our health and wellbeing. Find out about things you can do and places you can go to enjoy some green wellbeing.

Wellbeing Walks

With Wellbeing Walks you can take part in a free short walk nearby at pace that works for you. Our health walks are are free and open to all.

Village and
Community Agents

Village and Community Agents make home visits to older people to help them with free support, advice and assistance.

Good Neighbour Schemes

Good Neighbour schemes helps groups provide a 'safety net' for their local area, responding to requests from residents in need of extra help.

Community Transport

Our minibus service provides safe and convenient wheelchair accessible travel for people unable to use public transport.

I really appreciate the support you have given, sometimes just having someone ask ‘how are you’ makes a massive difference. Plus the advice and introductions have been very useful.
